3: Subject knowledge: Terminology, conventions, facts, cause-and-effect relationships, concepts, methodology.
4: Transferable cognitive skills: Self-reflection, intelligence (analytical, synthetic, creative, practical), learning ability (retention, mastery, potentiality), literacy (reading comprehension, writing ability), numeracy (evaluation, comprehension, calculating, modelling), communication (listening, questioning, expressing ideas, presenting ideas), critical thinking (curiosity, judgement, scepticism), problem solving (abstraction, resourcefulness), management skills (goal setting, forecasting, planning, co-ordination, decision making, resource acquisition, resource control), technology use.
